What is the plot of The Great Heist season 2?
The first season focused mainly on the robbery that occurred in October 1994. The series took us on a journey of few robbers who robbed the bank of $30 million. It also took some parts of the book written by journalist Alfredo Serrano Zabala titled this is how I robbed the bank; the assault of the 20th century in Columbia.
It focused on the life of a swindler Robert Lozano AKA Chayo, who reaches out to his old partner in crime Molina AKA, the lawyer, and pulled him out of retirement. Then, they hire some highly skilled men. The hired men include some employees of the bank. After that, they plan on stealing $33 million from the bank of the Republic in Valledupar.
Throughout the show, we see inevitable setbacks and delays. As the show progresses, we know how the thieves’ safety is endangered, and one by one, all of the thieves get captured and go to jail to serve their sentence.
However, Chayo manages to escape the police for around three years, but one day he gets arrested while hiding at a secluded location. If season three sorry ever commences, we may see another high-profile case of robbery.
